"HR Partner –How to exercise its role and make its mark?"

To start this season 2016-2017, we offer a conference that will allow you  to reflect on the strategic management component of human resources within our organizations. The term Business Partner is   frequently used to illustrate the role that must now play HR professionals , but what does it actually mean?

We will have the opportunity to discuss this topic with Mrs Marie-Josée Carmel, associate,

development & strategy for SMEs within Team Humania.  During our conference we will be addressing various topics :

• Do we know our organization business issues: market, competition, trends, opportunities, threats...?
• What is the contribution of the HR organization in achieving  organizational goals? How do we define our vision 1-3 years? Our goals? Our action plan?
• How do we exercise our role of influence in every day life?
• What skills can you develop to become a real business partner?

At the conference, a questionnaire “Growth Predictor” exclusive to Team Humania, will  be presented and distributed.  So you will leave with a diagnosis tool allowing you to position your future actions as a HR partner!
