Leadership can first and foremost be defined by the capacity someone possesses to influence the people surrounding him, regardless of the position they hold in the organization.

This conference will be based on a field based vision of corporate leadership and will provide participants with ten tools or skills to continue their evolution as positive and efficient leaders.

Since leadership is often an influence game that can be related to specific behaviors, Michael Coté Gagnon, CEO of Manucam Inc. will share the approach he uses to improve his company and his employees’ performance.  His career path as an entrepreneur and a manager will inspire you and will provide practical notions for your daily work.

Our Speaker

Graduating from Université Laval in Economy and Political Science, Michael Coté-Gagnon joined the family business in 2002 while he was studying in Québec.  He then decided to pursue his career in industries related to transport and human resources. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he opens his own office in 2005 in Montreal.  He takes Manucam’s leadership in January 2008 and prepares its expansion through various acquisitions including Human Resources firms.  Ten years later, Groupe Manucam has more than 1000 employees, approximately 100 corporate clients in diverse field of business and 4 offices in Quebec and Ontario.
