We know that mental health is something fragile and valuable at the same time. As a human being, we all aspire to be in good mental health. What are the ingredients? If we meet colleagues or people in our families who have a shaky mental health, what can we do to help them? What can be done to help oneself in such circumstances? This conference aims to answer these questions.  

The specific objectives are:  

• Understand the continuum of mental health
• Learn about the impact of a mental health problem on a member of the work team
• Recognize the importance of support provided in the workplace and by colleagues
• Learn best practices to help people with a mental health problem or mental disorder (or help yourself).  

Mr. Giovanni Gaudelli, experienced manager, will share with you the content of this presentation and add some tips that any good manager should know.
