Didier Dubois obtained his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social sciences in France. He also holds a Certificate in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Human Resources from HEC. He is also a Certified Human Resources Consultant (CHRP). Didier Dubois has more than 20 years of experience in human resources.

He worked as CEO of CPE in the network of early childhood centers in Quebec for more than 10 years as. He subsequently assumed the General Manager role at the Provincial Association of Early Childhood Centers in Quebec. After having been responsible for the organizational development of Adecco Canada for several years, Didier Dubois co-founded and now heads HRM Groupe. This HR consulting group specializes in supporting organizations in order to improve the attraction and retention of talent.

Finally, note that Didier Dubois has taught in various CEGEPs as well as at UQAM. He is the author of several articles on human resources and also gives numerous lectures across Canada for various organizations, associations or companies.
