The West Island Human Resources Network is pleased to invite you at its next conference on March 18, 2014 on “Recent Developments in Labour and Employment Law” with Me Maryse Tremblay, partner of Borden, Ladner, Gervais (BLG).

During the conference, the speaker will comment on the most recent decisions pertaining to various issues of interest, such as human rights and hiring, resignation notices, random alcohol testing, restrictive covenants, freedom of expression, workplace violence, confidentiality obligations and other topics of general interest.

With her vast experience, Me Maryse Tremblay brings in-depth knowledge of litigation matters concerning labour and employment issues. 

The presentation will be held in French. Questions may be entertained in either French or English.
