Dominic Lapointe

Dominic Lapointe is an organizational psychologist for SPB. He has seven years of experience in consulting and more than ten years in academic research. He has developed expertise in HR process optimization and has worked in a wide variety of organizations on various mandates, including mobilization, engagement, talent and succession management, performance assessment, integration of new employees, selection and development of talent, and strategic workforce planning. He has also participated in dozens of academic presentations at national and international conferences on the topics of mobilization and psychological health at work.
