Line holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations. She possesses over 20 years of experience in human resource management acquired in various executive positions within leading multinational companies, mainly in life science.

For a number of years, Line has offered professional coaching and leadership development services using her vast experience in human resource management. She has developed a passion for “one on one” coaching relationships and a desire to support managers which has contributed invaluably to her clients' success. She coaches in the fields of leadership development, interpersonal relations, communication, conflict resolution and performance, stress, competencies and change management.

Line has developed an expertise that ensures her substantial knowledge of the organizational environment:

-      Coaching for managers and their teams;

-      Integration of new managers within their team;

-      Consulting services to managers (conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, organizational justice,        competencies and leadership development);

Line is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She is also certified as a Professional Integral Coach and an accredited member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She offers her services in English and in French.
