High-Impact Team Building Activities

Employee mobilization is one of many strategic issues to which Human Resources professionals are called upon to contribute. For our last conference, we decided to approach this subject from a perspective of cooperation and quality professional interaction through team building activities.  This conference will therefore allow members to better understand the potential of this type of initiatives in regard to apprenticeship, work climate quality and an efficient work groups.

Through an educational activity, you will live an experience of cooperation that will foster a consolidated work group.  To complete this experience, we will also address the following themes:

  1. Explain the various contexts in which a consolidated work group can be employed.
  2. Overview some concepts associated with the practice of cooperation arising from the above educational activity.
  3. Exchange on different activities that could optimize the real impact of such an initiative on team dynamics.
  4. Assess the potential ROI of such activities for the organization.
