HR Evolution and Coaching
With our next conference, we aim to provide our members with an opportunity for self development. The objective of this workshop will be to discuss the evolution of the HR function and introduce the field of Coaching as it stands from the point of view of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and from the presentation of a unique and practical model as designed and practiced by Jean-Paul Gagnon.
You will also be able to witness a live demonstration of the beginning of a coaching conversation and to discuss it.
We will look at the common competencies of the HR generalist and the Coach with a view of uncovering opportunities for development.
You will be encouraged to provide feedback, comments and questions in order to make this a rich workshop.
