Joyti Sandal is the Human Resources Coordinator at Souvenir Avanti Inc, which is a leader in the promotional products/souvenirs industry.
In her current position, she is responsible for all HR related matters, including but not limited to: training and development, recruiting, performance management, employee benefits programs and is the head of the company’s social committee.
Joyti holds a BA in Psychology from Concordia University, a diploma in Human Resources Management and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration.
