Militsa Paunova is the Human Resources Manager at I.S.I. Controls Inc., a company specializing in the automation industry and providing engineering service for automated industrial systems. She is responsible for the development and implementation of diverse human resources policies and programs as well as for the management of payroll and benefits.

Militsa is particularly passionate about the aspect of organizational development and she is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to engage, motivate and develop the new generation.

Militsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Industrial relations from the University of Montreal. She is a member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
